I was holding an abn ambro credit card to which every payment pertaining to me have been fully paid. but i am still being harrassed by your collection agency that some balnce is stiil outstanding against me.everytime i request them to provide me the details of purchase but they never bother to do so. they only know how to misbevave with a customer. kindly look into the matter and ensure that no more calls are made to me. The balance outstanding will be most probably the amount related to some plan which without my consent bank has thrused upon me and i refused to accept the same.
