I have received your latest bill dated: 29th September Payment due date (Bill from 9th August to 7th September).
I have asked about the bill details many times and asked fro duplicate bills, since because I have not received bill from November to till July your good selves have sent all the duplicate bills in last month. I have observed one restaurant bill was pending from 29th December to my knowledge I have not signed the bill because of that I asked for copy of slip, to verify the signature.
I was bedridden from 30th August and your executives were calling minimum 3 to 4 times every day even after explaining the bedridden position. They should have minimum common sense to call like that. You should think of Customer and payments also, kindly go through 23rd September there was an purchase of Rs.40, 000/- in Kalaniketan which has been cleared. Which you can observe in the bills itself. When we have not received the bills we may forget about payment. When we have received the bills I wanted to clear it, since I was sick I could not send Cheque to you. I am sorry for that. I am sorry to inform you the executives also should have sense when they are asking for payment when I am explaining about my position I have to get up from bed and verify the bills and to write cheques. I am also having 05 Bank Cards nobody has delt like this. Secondly you have charged Rs.700/- on 6th March for Primary Card membership Banks are in ‘Q’ to give free cards without fees, you should also think of this. I have sent you a Cheque for Rs.849/- on IngVysya Bank bearing No.869905 kindly credit the amount and close my account. Previously my limit was Rs.62, 000/- and you have reduced it to Rs.12, 000/- what made you to reduce to this level, because I am paying regularly and using the Card.
I am sorry to inform after receipt of cheque credit to my account and close the dues. If you want me to use the card I will utilize if you resume it otherwise I will surrender the card. Kindly ask your executives not to call regarding this. Kindly send the letter or send a mail immediately.
