Non receipt of statements of payments made

I am/was holding a credit card account vide no.4477460532521004 and the said card was lost in the month of march-april this information was conveyed to your bank, but your bank did not respond. Now i have been paying the credit card payments from month to month even after the said loss, but to my surprise the due does not seem to decrease rather its increased inspite of the fact that i have had no transactions for the last two years. To this effect i had asked for the statements but there has been no response but the only response i get is that there is such a sum due in my name how is beyond me.

As such iwould like to get the required information at the earliest before i make any payments.
