Dear Sir,

I m in need of ur financial help regarding my credit card.

The matter is that I m an user of HSBC bank gold credit card, which I m using for 2-3 year.

But, in recent past the dispute have been came out with me & HSBC bank in regards misinterpretation of an offer. Actually, the matter is that I had used my card upto the max. limit 49500/- out of my total card limit 50000/-, then they called me for an term insurance policy of TATA AIG, which covered 2.0 Lacs in normal & 4.0 Lacs in accidental case & also the insurer will reverse my all the outstanding in my card which I had used at that time with a premium of just 450/- per month. Due to that I had not make my card payment upto the due date of my card, then after my due date I had received a call from the banker regarding my payment, then I reveal the matter & also informed through mail before too that I m not going to pay ur last month outstanding balance as per the condition with policy offered through phone & when I received my offer document then again I reconfirmed them also.

But, after all I had made my all the outstanding balance payment b/w the time of due date & billing date, what amount I had purchased genuinely, But, also they are showing outstanding balance in my card a/c upto 3000/- around with a bonus point credit in my card around 1500/.That was actually their charges & interest, which I do not want to pay bcoz of the delay occurred due to them, which I told earlier them too. After making of my all the payment I had requested to them Plz close my card & discontinue the service & damaged my card with intimation to their customer care. But not received a positive response from their side.

Now I have receive their call on today after 25-30 days regarding the outstanding payment which they have made upto 4270/- after final settlement, when I ask them they are saying that u had taken an EMI on ur card which was not completed, but that EMI amount I had paid in single amount in the month of august, but bcoz the dispute happen with them, now they have included that remaining EMI balance in my final settlement, when I ask to them regarding the matter & also told them with exact date then they r telling that we had received ur payment but u had to inform us to close that EMI on that time, that, s why we have charged to u.

Actually, as per me there is nothing remaining in my card a/c to pay off, these all the amount which they are showing is just their charges which I do not want to repay.

Then, Plz guide me in this matter that for this 4270/-, how can they damage me?

Can they forward my name to defaulter list of CIBIL for this?

Plz guide me they have cheated me & I do not want to continue with them.
