Not close my Credit Card

This is Ekant Gupta, I have pay my all dues (on dated: 24 Jul) to my credit card, But this card is not closed by your side.

Reason of closing my is some hidden charges and card fees.

I don't know why will you charge me these charges.

Please close my account ASAP.
