Loss of customer id

Dear Sir

I am an account holder in your bank for last 1 year holder name Debasish Chandra a/c no 004110502477176, during this long time I had missplaced my customer id no I had called a lot of times to the given helpline no, but there nobody to gives a corret suggestion, its only a no why dont you give me. I think this is not the way to treat a cusomer in so reputed bank. Please help me out asap.
