Non-refund of amount

Hello,

This is pratham sehgal informing that my grandmother saroj sehgal invested an amount of Rs.18000 in year 1997 in this particular company and was supposed to get an mount of 21000 in 1998 from which nothing was given. After complaining and pleaing so many times they returned an amount of 1500 and then on never listened to any complaints.

I would be very much obliged if consumer court would listen to this plea and would help my grandmother who is a senior citizen of this country get her money refunded.
