Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We have submitted 3 application forms for DDA Housing Scheme at AXIX Bank branch {Gurgaon Sector-14 (Main) – SCO-29, NEAR PLAZA SOLITAIRE HOTEL, SECTOR-14, GURGAON } on 24.12.2010 bearing Application Nos.0959439, 0959440&0959441 of Ms. Priyanka Maheshwari, Smt. Madhu Maheshwari & Shri Arvind Kumar Maheswari respectively. As all these 3 application were declared unsuccessful hence application money needs to be refunded but we have yet not recd the refund advice. Can you provide the contact details of nodal officer whom to contact?
