DDA housing Scheme 2010 Refund

I have sumbmitted my DDA Application, no 230555, at ICICI bank at Shalimarbagh, Still i am waiting for my refund. I tried to contact at ph. 46089175, Nodel Branch, ICICI bank, Green Park, but it is not responding. There is no contact no. of DDA official regarding this.
