Esclation for not giving status of debit card

I am account holder of Axis Bank since 2004 at Dehradun branch and my a/c no. 093010100145794.

My debit card has expired in April After that i approached the bank to know the status

of my debit card but the bank always trying and ignore the request by telling

we have not recieved your new debit card. This happened for 5-6 times.

its been now 15 days i have not recieved the card.why the bank is not giving me the correct

status of my card kindly give me the status of my debit card and kindly revert on this?
