I am 78 years Senior Citizen. In the year 2010 (upto June) I had made several Fix Deposits in my name and my wife's name (Chandrakala S. Birla) on basis of Interest rates provided by Dhanlaxmi Bank. 11, Sharat Bose Road, KOLKATA branch. The Bank had mentioned the interest rates on F.D.R. also. On maturity, the Bank bad paid Interest at a much lower rate, for which the bank was informed. Even after six reminders the bank is not taking any action. I wish to know the name and address of appropriate authority where this complaint may be lodged?
