On 16.07.2011 i made a recharge of recharge of rs.30 to my docomo number through state bank freedom moblie banking service. But due to some techical reason the transaction was failed. Then ann error message came to my number. In the message the bank promised to reverse the amount to my account as soon as possible. But till now i have not received my money back.
I made an another recharge of rs.75 to my mts number. This time the transaction was successful but the balance was not credited to the mobile account. I contacted mts customer care but they clearly said that any recharge of rs. 75 is not made to this number. they said me to contact the bank.
at this satge what should I do?
