Not receving scheme coupan

Dear Team

This is SATISH MAHADEV KANADE residing in Bhandup (w) 400078. the regular reader of dna newspaper, & the subscribe to the 2 yrs scheme of 199/- .but till today i wasn't get any scheme coupan. for that enquiry i called to DNA office--022-3988 8888, i had conversation with MS Trupti she told me that the coupan was sended to the add via courier co. with dispatch pod no D37133098. ON 18th jan. As per coriour co record the coupan was handover & status/ remarks is the cell no 9967757150 Which is not my cell no.

The Cheque No 710538 of a The Jaoli Sahakari co opreative Bank ltd Bhandup kokan nagar branch.

& The Booklet No is 2516184.

All Above Information Is Mine but i wasn't got that coupan

My request is to you that pls invesigate the whole matter

& give me a proper justice.
