My credit card account has been debited by the amount of ZAR562.54 on 3 Nov. I only asked for a Norton renewal/upgrade which I did not get at that stage. I had to re-order afterwards to renew Norton. This is my second complaint and no signs of any credit to my credit card as yet. Please help!
