I booked 2 different FD's with phone banking on 5th Feb with two different amount and tenure. I was shocked when i received my documents on 26th Feb as the amounts for both the FD's were interchanged and even the rate of interest committed was wrong. I have been calling phone banking now and they keep on transferring calls to one another. They even refused to give me the complaint number on 26th and on 28th when i pushed them then i received a complaint number which is DEL355036. I have been dealing with HDFC for a long time but this is something which is not acceptable at all, i am not at all happy with the services and spl. the phone banking staff (Ravi Tiwari, Kriti, Sanjeev, Ashima), these people can seriously take your breath away.
Even after all goof-up with due respect, i would like to request HDFC concern officials to do the needful.
