Sainik Society (Sector-49, Sainik Colony) has given a notice to the residents of Sainik Colony to pay a sum of Rs4000/- towards Electrical Infrastructure.
But it is not understood that whose dues are clear with DHBVN, why he wil pay the said amount?
Why not pay the amount to DHBVN which is nodle body for such improvements?
