Rude behaviour of customer care representative

I am a MAX account holder of HDFC bank faridabad branch and was thinking to apply for a credit card since so many days. On feb 18th I got a call from the bank and the guy named Akash from 911165545780 gave me the details. As I was quite busy I asked him to call me next day. The very next day he called me saying that I'll have to pay an annual fee of Rs 299. I refused the offer as Standard Chartered was giving me totally foc. Despite my again and again decline, he was irritating me again and again by asking me to talk to his officer and his colleague. At last he said they have to complete their targets for the month and its a minor amount for a credit card.By this time the tone of this person was very rude and he started abusing me. Being a max account holder I do not expect this kind of behaviour from the bank. I want an apology from the bank for such an indecent behaviour. My request to the bank would be to improve their hiring process as this is hampering bank's image.
