I want to bring in your kind notice the following facts;-

That I have requested for change of address by e-mail, I got the reply but I am sorry to inform you that the need ful has not beed till now, with the result I am not receiving my Card monthly statements & other Credit Card related letters.

I am no more using this Credit Card. I have requested to cancel this card as it was being misused by my Son in 4 and another card was issued to me, which I am using now. This amount mentioned in your was reflected in the statement of my present card, which stands paid. Even afterwards also the purchased done through computer on this card was billed in the statement of my New Card and Nothing was ever due on this card e.g. your TXN dated 04-May etc. (File No 6171057).

It is requested that please check the record with my present credit Card i.e. 5177XXXXXXXX8019. and adjust the over charged amounts.
