The cheapest non eithical courier service ever. (Erode/Tamil Nadu branch) They kept my courier and marked it as delivered. They wouldn't have given (not delivered) it if I wouldn't have called them after waiting for a week When I called my bank, they said it was marked as delivered to my seceretary. When I asked the courier company for it, the guy pulled it from a bunch (all of those marked as delivered? god knows) and gave it to me. This is not the first time I am encounting this kind of service from this courier. Even my phone number was there in address, but still they choose to dump it and mark it as delivered.
Any company that as dealing with express it courier has to seriously think about saftey of their customer information. I am thinking of changing my bank simply because they are using this courier company and I seriously doubt how safely my docs/cards will reach me.
