Abusive behaviou

Sir,

I had HDFC Credit card number ************2531.

I have already paid the settlement payment on 31st Oct by cheque. After 2 years of this settelement, the HDFC bank executive Mr Anoop, has called me for the payment. He calls at my work place, use abusive language for me, my collegues and other staff members at my work place.

Some other person visited my home and threatened my children also.

Upon informing them that I have already paid the settlement amount, HDFC person says that the amount paid is not enough and you will have to pay much more money and the HDFC person also says that he knows how to get money.

Mr Anoop calls everyday and use abusive language to threaten me and my family members.
