This is one of the worst online sites to buy stuff. I ordered a book to my place and requesting them to deliver it before 11:15 AM as after that I won't be available. They assured me I will get the book at my requested time. But I did not received any book for next 7 days. They always came after 11:15 AM and every day I wasted 15 to 20 rupees on the call center of flip-kart. I finally had to cancel the order after spending some 100 rupees on the call. The amount is very less but it is very very frustrating to call them every day. They are just idiots and very very bad service. Not able to manage the work on the larger scale. Seriously
