Delay in delivery

Placed an order for Samsung Mobile phone and it was a confirmed delivery of 3 days as per the site. Till now I have not received the items. They sent it through AFL Couriers. Below is the email confirmation from Flipkart.

I ordered this for my wife's birthday o 5th July. I want compensation from the company for not keeping it's promise.
