My name is Salman Khan and I am using airtel prepaid service... two days ago I received a message from Airtel that the validity of my special recharge tariff voucher was getting expired in two days... that very day... 4 hours later I received another message which said that the validity of my tariff voucher has been expired... any how... I recharged it today with Rs 98 tariff and a message tariff voucher of 29 in which I was supposed to get 300 messages. I sent messages to my friends and I saw that the balance was getting deducted from my main balance. I got so fumed up with it... on the top of that I am now getting a message to get the tariff of Rs. 98 soon to make calls on lesser rates... I want to ask what is this.
Is this the kind of services you provide to your customers... I am trying to call at the airtel customer service no. (121 service) and every time i press the option to talk to a representative it gets disconnected.
I want the clarification and I want the wrongly deducted amount from my account back in my account. If it does not happen I will go to the consumer forum.
