Agent took money adn does not responds

Hi,

I am Jagadish Arjunan and have applied for the loan a month ago. The application was rejected based on CIBIL report.

At the end of May, the same agent who has processed my application earlier contacted me. He told that due to poor CIBIL report they need 10000 rupees as a security measure and can arrange a personal loan. He also insisted me to pay 5000 initially and the rest after getting the cheque.

As I have already spoken to him, I paid 5000 through online transaction but this agent does not responds there after.

I furnish the following details of mine and the loan agent, please do take necessary action against that agent and get me the money from him.
