Complaints against SBI Credit Card

Dear Sir,

Please see my mails and reply from SBI Credit Card department. They have imposed some charges of Insurance which I never asked for, then they made late and confirmed by their AVP they will revert still to revert. They made some legal notice and keep on sending. I really dont know what to do at this setuation.
