Excess Amount withdrawn thru ECs from my Account

I had deposited full and final Amount through Corporation Bank Account Cheque 165319 dated 16.04.2010 amount 30930.00 against Settelement Payment Plan offer letter Ref. GEM/0285674/DELHI dated 27.03.2010.

The Amount 30930.00 is deposited after deducting April month ECS which GE Money had claimed through ECS on 07.04.2010 after issuance of settelement letter and the matter was dscussed with the Executive who brought this letter. I had discussed with the Executive in Customer care who told me that there is no provision of excess refund and GE Money will claim ECS from my bank in future also. The matte is very serious and if it is not entertained by GE money then i m compelled to take up the matter to media and consumer court.

I, therefore, request GE money to refund my excess amount claimed through ECS immediately.
