Application for stop payment of 2nos. PDC was given on 03.10.08.Service charge was deducted from my account accordingly, but both PDC were cleared 0n 01.02.09 due to SBI's system fault. Hence, amount of Rs.17079.00 was cleared wrongly. Till date above payment is not made. Branch Manager always assures me payment will be made. Four nos .reminder had already given.
