Refund not received

I had invested an amount of Rs.7, 50, 000 in the year 1996 due to my cousins request but the company shattered.after which an agent belonging to the company asked me to fill up various set of forms pertaining to refund which was in the year 2004.but I Have not received my refund yet. I am a single parent and need to look after my 2 kids as my better half passed away.
