I N.Gopichand, A/C no (045610011015690) went to take from SBH ATM on 08.02.10 at 11.23 AM. I with draw Rs. 4500/-(four thousand five hundred only).(TXN NO=1188 & response code 072). But did not get them. In receipt the amount 4500/- is reduced.

Hence I request you to go through this matter as early as possible.
