Dear Sir, This is to bring in your kind notice that all the employees of G.P.O Lucknow Banking Services are doing harassment at the time of final withdrawal of their payment invested in various post office saving schemes.

Saving counters demand 3 photos, address proof & pan card copy, the condition occurs only if the customer signature is not matching the signature in the record as per the GO of postal saving bank department.

The demand of above mentions 3 things & as well as bribe money as quick service charge in banking counters has became habit of the employees of Lucknow G.P.O.they are making mandatory for each customer.

Please take the proper action against this type of things.
