Beware when you got a call from Grabit More abount the IVR Survey. they will cheat you by saying that they are doing the IVR Survey & they will help you if you have any issue with any company while doing the Online Trasaction. on 7th May ’10 I’ve Got a Call (0120-4613900) from Grabit More Regarding Survey on IVR. Female Executive told me that Grabit More is Part of RBI & they are conducting a Surbey on top 50 People who has been use the Service of IVR. She is also told me that if I’ve any issue with Living Media then they will help me to get the money from Living Media with Interest. She has also told me that if I’ll opt Membership by Paying 8500 then I’ll get some amt from the co. annually. I’ve paid the amt by HDFC Credit card & get the Transaction ID “ 100372295 “. Next day On 8th May ’10 Again I’ve got a call from Grabit More (Mr Shivam Mehta) Regarding My Complain against the India Today. He has told me that they have checked my Recording of 13th Apr ’10 & they have also confirmed that India Today have done Fraud with me. He has also Assured me that I’ll get my Amt with in a 15 days with Interest from India Today.
He has given me Complain No. “ COM831009”.
He has transfer my call to his Senior Mr Rajeev Kapoor, he has also assured me that I’ll get the amt with in 15 days but for that I’ve pay Rs 34, 000 as Fees, which I’ve already paid by HDFC Credit Card. Transaction No. of the Payment is “ 10037443 “.
He has also told me that I’ll get the Set of 4 Fast track watches.
But till date i didn't get any call or any mail from their side. i've checked their website also but i didn't any information. Even they didn't update their Contact No. in their website.
I've sent several mail to them but not getting any response. So Request to everybody pls beware of such a fraud things done by Grabit More.
