Deducting the balance from account

I am facing the issue with the balance deduction. I made so many complains regarding to that however no complaint resolved yet. My mobile number is 919975709513.

The agents on 121 are not stopping the unnecessary services which are activated in my account. Still my balance is get deducted from prepaid account.
