Sub: Levied charges and deducted from my prepaid
account by imposing different sorts of services
like Celebyoga subscription and so on in respect
of my phone connection No. 9831429681.
Sir,
I am very old customer of Airtel connection. I am very surprised and shocked to see a message from Airtel that an amount of Rs. 10/- has been deducted suo-moto for giving Celebyoga Subscription Service on 18-11. I could not understand why and how such charges was deducted from my account while I did not request in any time. And this is not first time. It is observed that off and on the Airtel company sends me message on different sorts of services and deducted some amount from my pre-paid account at their sweet will. Instantly, I opposed such unlawful acts through phone to their customer care and requested to refrain from such acts in near future. Some times they comply my request and return back deducted amount but maximum times they did not pay heed my request. I am very much fade up and annoyed with their activities. Off and on they are sending different sorts of message like business promoting of other company and disturbing me.
In view of the above, I would request you to kindly arrange to refund such amount forthwith as I never sought for such services as well as it is not required at all. If it is not done immediately, there will be no other way but to take shelter to the appropriate authority for redress. I will go so far to see the end of their unethical business.
Your early action will be highly appreciated.
