I had ordered for a Paper Cup Machine from HAIROONTHAI GROUP AGENCY, No: 5, Masque Street, Sathiq Batcha Nagar, Virugambakkam, CHENNAI 92, Near Soorya Kalyana Mahal, Mob : 91-9600095174. And paid Rupees two lackhs on 23/05 through Demand Draft. As per the conditions of the firm the machine will be delivered within 30 to 40 days. But the agency did not delivered the machine and cheated to me since last 9 months. At last I had made a complaint through Indian Consumer Complaint Forum. Due to intervention of Indian Consumer Forum I got Chque for Rs; 2 Lakhs from the firm vide Chque. No . 382349 dtd 7/01 and the amount credited into my account on 13/01 . For this act of kindness I am very thankful to your forum.
I had paid Room rent for 9 months and I had borrowed One Lackh ruppes from a person to paid the Agency during May' for wich I had paid 3% Interest. Accordingly I request to the firm for compensation but they refused to pay compeensation to me.
So I humbly request to your honour kindly convey your opinion weather I am eligible for compensation if so advice me further course of action in this regard.
