Hi,
I am holding an HDFC Corporate Salary Account. I tried withdrawing Rs 3500 from Citi Bank ATM From Sector 14, Main Market, Gurgaon. The ATM machine dispensed only Rs 2500 (5 notes of 500 Denomination) and the receipt showed a withdrawal of Rs 3500. I immediately complaint the Citi Bank Customer and they directed me to touch base with HDFC customer care.
I contacted HDFC bank Customer Care Delhi no (011-41514332) who issued me a Service Request no 37027 (Sudeep) and asked me contact after 12 working days. The time given to me is already passed and I am yet to get my money back. I tried to contact the HDFC Bank Sector 14 Branch also but they informed they can’t access the complaint lodged on Customer care and they showed cold shoulder. The Customer care is also not available on weekend and closes around 8 PM on weekdays.
1. Will someone help me get my money back?
2. This way we are losing the faith in one of the largest bank of India?
3. The world’s back office is not able to serve its own customers in a dutiful manner?
