I have opened an account in HDFC bank. But there was no customer ID written on any of the Hard copies provided by the bank. I tried calling the HDFC customer care, but in vain. I tried many a times until one week to catch the customer care executive but it always made me wait for minutes finally I couldn't contact the phone officer. I would like to raise a compliant on the HDFC guys for their poor service. I wasted my time, money and was frustrated a lot. This is no way acceptable.
Govt should monitor the Quality Of Service of these kinda banks.
