HDFC saving account on hold after settelment of one card

Hi sir/mam

I am Md Mansoor Azad from kolkata. I have 2 HDFC credit card numbers are 4346772004514765 and 4346770000234032. from last few month i was trying to settel the account with the bank and november i request for settelment of both card. card settelment department told me to pay Rs 8200 in dec to settel the card 4346770000234032 and Rs 4000 in jan to settel the card 4346772004514765. I paid Rs. 8200 on 11/12 to settel the card 4346770000234032 and ref no is 0644627. but on 15/12 bank hold my fund of (Rs 9600) saving account no 04781000038691.

I am called to customer care but they said they dont have any information and gave me no 03344005391 to contact but that line is always busy and no one receiving my call.

Plz look in this matter ASAP
