I am Prof T Labh, working as college teacher at madhepura. On 25th may i have given a request regarding the harrasment by recovery agents of hdfc bank ltd..
Matter was that my son has taken a personal loan from hdfc bank and due to some financial problem he can not pay the emi but now assure the agent to pay whole amout in next few days. But the agent of hdfc bank is not satisfied and saying him to pay the amount today any how either sale your asset or take loan from any person. In her language she is loosing rs 30000/- as commission due to my son.
Now she started abusing me, my college head and my neighbours.useing illicit word she says to pay the dues of your son. Any time she call to my principal and use unsocial word to him. So we are so harassed by her that we fear to pick the phone.

So i request to you kindly do needful to stop it or kindly write me whatever is solution is as per the loan amount is concern my son will pay all the amount as per his commitment.
