Charging AQB fees without informing me that they have increased AQB

On 08 Jul bank has charged my account as AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS of Rs.827.25. When i opened my account they told us to keep minimum 5000/- Rs as minimum average quarterly balance. But suddenly they have increased the amount to 10, 000/- and never informed me about the same. I was shocked to see such entry with out any prior information. These kind of malpractices now banks are doing to increase their profit and HDFC bank is first in doing all these kind of things. I would like to close my account and will never go to hdfc bank for any banking needs.
