Complaint number 1) HDFC bank Egmore branch has the poorest services I have ever faced. They take 15 minutes time for one customer.. and in the mid they step out to chat with their co workers. only after I shouted they started working little fast. nobody in egmore branch is well trained all are freshers who are not fit to sit in the cash counter. I dont know where I should give this hope after seeing this complaint they will work on it.
2) I lost my debt pin number and when I called the customer care number they said the call is been routed to mumbai you have to call up your local customer care and they asked me to press some 3 digit numbers and when I pressed again it went to mumbai and other person asked me to dial some different 3 digit numbers and now nobody is picking waste of time bull shit with hdfc..
