Sub: Harassment by Bank’s employee’s while and after giving loan.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am holding a platinum credit card of HDFC and was being called by your Bank from Tel. No. 022 - 30967738 regarding loan on my credit card of Rs. 50, 000/- by Bank’s employee Mr. Kaushal on 08/11.

I took details regarding rate of interest, E.M.I’s amount for repayable etc. and asked him to give me one day to work-out.

09/11 I was being called for an confirmation and I told that I will call them.

10/11 was being called again and told I will call and confirm.

11/11 I called and spoke to Reena, Sheetal and Kaushal again took details and confirmed the revival of loan. Which I took to buy a new Bike on 14/11 and booked on 13/11.

I was being told that, being an HDFC Bank saving A/c holder 8151530000311 the loan amount will be transferred to my Account directly in 24 to 48 hours.

I checked my A/c on 13/11 it was not reflecting any amount being transferred being Saturday Bank was working till 12:30 noon Means I can’t withdraw cash on 13/11 and also on 14/11 I called Mr. Kaushal who apolozied for being sent a D.D. as he was not able to trace or match my customer Id and assured me that I will received the D.D. on Monday and I can encash it within 15 minutes.

Imp: I missed buying Bike on 14/11 which was my son’s Birthday.

I received the envelope on 16/11 at 2:00 pm and 17/11 was a Bank holiday, went to deposit the same on 18/11 and was surprised to know that it was a cheque and not D.D. and will reflect in my A/c on 19/11 in evening and I can withdraw the amount on 20/11.

Imp: I missed to buy a Bike on 19/11 which was my mom’s Birthday.

I called Kaushal for 72 times on that day but didn’t picked up the call (seeing my number on display) I was to appear for exam on 18/11 and was mentally disturbed by the act of Mr. Kaushal. Called Kaushal in the evening, someone else picked up the call and I told to say Kaushal to call back.

Imp: I missed both the occasions of buying a Bike after giving confirmation on 11/11 I got cash on 20/11 Difference in both acts saying and doing.

I would appreciate if received a call from the senior’s of the Bank.
