Charges charged after Empoyee exit

I am an ex HDFC employee. I had left HDFC bank on march. Before my exit i had handed over my RIM to my ASM, but even after that my salary account was debited continously for RIM usage charges. I contacted the ASm as well as HDFC Nagpur branch BM for the problem as due this the Account was getting in negative. Despite this month on month RIM charges wehre debited to my Account. On 5th Aug i received a letter stating to regularisw the Account or else the accolutn will be closed. I contacted the BM & gave him a letter stating my probelm & details of the excess charges debited to my Account. I have acknowledgement copy of the same. He & front desk officer Rajashree assured that the problem will be resolved & then u regularise the account. But nothing happened. Now when i requested for PF withdrawal in dec PF amount was credited to my staff acount which was already negative due to RIm charges & debit interst charges. Around 13000/- was lost by me due to rim charges, debit interst charges. I fail to understand was i RIM charges debited to my account when i was not using the RIM . Also to my surprise the Account has been now debited for NOn maintanance of AQB. I do have another Account with HDFC & now i fear whether i should continue or not. Request you to provvide solution for the same.
