Faulty debit

Hi Sir,

My name is Vijay Verma. I Have an Account in HDFC Bank .my account no. is 00541050319515.

On 26 dec. I used my HDFC atm card in AXIS bank ATM (which in govind puri kalka ji new delhi) to withdraw a money of -.but it after some time I got that 10, 000 money is debited from my account even i did not try to get the money.

i complained to customer care of HDFC they says i withdrawal the money. but i did not withdrawal that money.

please do needful. if this happens who will take care of our accounts :(
