HDFC Bank
Wrongly charged

Dear Sir,

We have taken a Cash on Loan of Rs.35000/- from HDFC Bank on 9th Dec'2011 and we have recd chq & acknowledgment copy from HDFC Bank in that they have clearly written that your monthly EMI is 3206.80...

But we have recd 1st installment statement from HDFC Bank, in that they have charges agreed EMI 3206.80 with Services tax & edu cess of Rs.53.71

When we have speaked with they clearly told that its mandatory for all but my question is that if acknowledgment receipt they clearly mentioned month EMI 3206.80 than why charges extra charges of Rs.53.71 in our account every month...

So please take some necessary action on above matter & hope that HDFC Bank will reverse that charges asap without any further excuse...
