RESPECTED SIR,

I HAVE A SALERY ACCOUNT IN HDFC BANK AND I AM WORKING IN TRANSPORT CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD I HAD WITHDRAW RS 400 FROM DHAN LAXMI BANK (ATM) ON 1/6 WHICH IS IN SEC-14 GURGAON BUT THAT AMOUT (400) NOT RECIVED BY ME FROM THAT ATM SO I COMPLAINED TO HDFC

BANK CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE REVERSAL OF THAT AMOUNT BUT I DO NOT GET PROPER ANSWER FROM THEM... I WAS COMPLAINING THEM SINCE THE TIME WHEN THAT AMOUNT WAS NOT CAME OUT FROM THE ATM...(ALMOST 15 TIMES) TILL TODAY BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND ME... THEY PUT ME IN HOLD 10-15 MINUTES THEN THEY DISCONNECT
