Settlement of card

My Old HDFC Card No 5176523000245595 is renewd & converted in to HDFC Platinum, But Not received yet. Also the old card is blocked & not working. I request you to please cancel my HDFC Credit Card od as well as the new one & what ever is the outstanding please freeze that as I will not pay a single penny after that amount. This is my sincere request to please do the needful at the earliest.
