Hello,

I submitted a request to open a Savings account in HDFC Bank on 19th Jan in the following branch:

G 2 And 3 Windsor Park

Indirapuram

The money from my cheque submitted for opening the account was debited on 24-Jan. (Rs 12000 was debited). Since then I have just been following up and I have been given dates and promised about the account being opened within 24 hrs. But till date (19th feb), there is no clue of the account being opened. Even after so many days, the personnel responsible to open the account has just given me dates.

The reference number for opening the bank account is SB0102882284.

I have also registered a Complaint with the HDFC Bank, and I am still awaiting response from the bank manager.

I request you to please take this matter as a concern and register a complaint for the same with the bank. This is a question on the Banks operation and functionality.
