Non receipt of debit card

On 20th July at 09.36 a.m. HDFC BANK (through mobile number 09677040616) sent SMS on mobile number 9322267804 which reads as under:-

Your HDFC Bank Debit card has been dispatched via (AWB 7061459112) through Express IT Courier to your registered mailing address with the bank. In case you do not reeive your card within 7 days Please contact HDFC Bank Phone banking.

Today, when i contacted HDFC Bank Phone Banking Service, it has been understood that they have dispatched Debit card on 17th July.

To my surprise, till date I have not received my debit card. Does witin Mumbai, it take so much time for delivery of consignment?
