Irresponsible and lack of information

I have submitted a form for Third part transfer in Nizamabad branch on 6th of Oct. I was said that it will get activated in 7 working days. When i cheked on 13 th it was still inactive and when i called customer care they lodged a complaint and said that i will receive a call from the bank in 1 day. I never received a call. I have spend more than 100 rupees by calling to HDFC customer care but no use. No one could able tell the status instead they disconnect the call telling they are transferring to concern department. They even gave me a contact number saying that i call to that number and escalate further but such number does not exist.

I even went to the Nizamabad branch and the manager over there is irresponsible... he says that they do not know the status and they are not ready to react.

I suggest not to go for HDFC instead go to rural banks they will perform better than HDFC.

It does not deserve the caption "Leading bank in India".
