INSTA ALLERTS

My mobile number is changed at two months back. And I went to the Ongole Branch, Prakasam District and requested for change the mobile number for insta alerts The Office Staff asked me to fill a form.

I did submit all the forms and Staff was told the change will reflect in 5 working days. It's been more than a month and still insta alerts are not come to my mobile number and situation is same. And I put a complaint in online complaint form (Reff No.'HBL=012-497-958') but still no change.

I can't believe the bank is so irreponsible
